Great Sankey High School is thrilled to announce that Jenson, one of our outstanding athletes, has been selected to represent SSK England in karate at the prestigious 2024 WUKF European Champions Cup. This highly anticipated event will take place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from 30th November to 2nd December 2023, bringing together elite karate competitors from across Europe.

Success in Last Year’s European Karate Championship
This isn't Jenson’s first experience competing on the international karate stage. Last year, he was selected to compete in the WUKF European Championship Karate Cup, also held in Romania. Jenson delivered an outstanding performance, finishing third overall and proudly securing a bronze medal for his efforts. Competing against some of the top karate practitioners in Europe, his success was a testament to his skill, hard work, and determination.
